We need to get the population who for whatever reason are not wearing masks now to start wearing them again yes I know Johnson said it should be left to the individual but Delta is more transmissible (300 virus load old version was 100 ) especially in indoor spaces and public transport. We are heading into winter their will be flu and colds going around plus Covid.

Absolute nonsense, countries like Israel and South Korea who are strict on mask wearing have had rapidly rising cases, they do nothing.

So you think lockdowns actually work?

Yes they do, unfortunately not everyone stuck to the rules.

You have been told this a million times. Most transmissions will occur in private dwellings where masks and distancing doesn't take place. Watch the video.

I know that this is getting old now, but… you are wrong.

I offer no evidence because you are just 100% demonstrably wrong.

I can't see the virus so it can't be real springs to mind here. Masks have a proven record the virus enters the nose or mouth to get to your lungs then it starts to make of copies itself Delta has a load of 300. Masks act as a barrier. wearing one is not stupid and not an political statement it's about protecting you.😷😷

Yes no doubt the dead anti mask fanatics like the Republican governor who died yesterday of Covid thought that not wearing one was a good idea.

A badly fitted mask (or face covering as the mandate requested) will not stop an airborne virus, cases haven't risen dramatically since the mask mandate was dropped (they have in fact fallen), they don't work.

So lockdowns are useless then?

interesting to read that around 20k people who should have been diagnosed with cancer had not been due to missed referrals and that the backlog could run to 2033, the overreaction to this nonsense is going to be very, very costly to human life.

False. Covid reduced cancer referrals, lockdowns mitigated this effect.

Again, it's the same with the vaccination.  Masks do not stop people from contracting the virus but they lower the risk of transmission by wearing one.

So yes, they do work

Consider the relative sizes of water molecules and the holes in the fabric of your trousers.

Next time you go to the toilet, don’t bother removing your pants first. The tiny water molecules will fit easily through the much bigger holes in the fabric.

Its a waste of time removing your pants to have a wee.
