Are the Planning Dept at fault or are they just forced to comply with national laws and regulations, regardless of whether Bert may have lost a spouse, served his country or given up an allotment?

 

You would do well to confirm that before embarking on what might well be a long and futile process on behalf of somebody.

 

Not saying I agree with the decision.

Hardly a sorry story when the planning application has been refused. There is an appeal pending but by the looks of it there has been no substantive change so is unlikely to succeed.

Yet again a Sheffield Forum member is lambasting the council without knowing the facts.
