Looking For Investment / Business Partner ?

Recommended Posts

I have recently moved back to Sheffield, and am keen to link up with someone with a great business idea, looking to progress it to reality.

I can help with both financial resources and business management expertise. I am looking to share ownership in a business, not a hands-off investment.

My particular specialism is digital marketing and e-commerce. However, these skills are transferable and can equally be used to promote a brick-and-mortar, B2B or regional business. Please note, I’m not interested in food and drink start-ups.

If you’ve got a burning idea, or are currently working for a profitable company and think you can do it better, please do drop me a message.

Hi James,

Me and my partner Josie are currently debating whether to take the plunge and venture into the property market. My late Grandma did this for 15-20 years, unfortunately I was too young to gain any valuable from what she did, however it inspired me nonetheless!
Our aim would be to purchase properties through auction and refurb and flip, initially.  With a view to progressing onto larger projects through time.

It’s a path we have been debating for some time, it’s just finding the courage to take that first step.

Hi there,

Unfortunately, I don't view this as a potential partnership. I've got the capital and contacts to do this on my own.

Strange you didn't mention the idea you've listed on your other (general) post. As it happens, the bulk of my background is with the supplements industry...

Hi James,

As I read your post it really sounds like my business idea could be what you're looking for.

My business idea introduces a brand new concept to online shopping for homeware, kitchenware and so on. I would be looking to create an online retail marketplace on a national/global scale, which is similar but by no means the same as Wayfair.

There's a very unique USP but I'm keeping this close to my chest, for now...

Let me know,

Elliot

this what i do but not from auction, if you can find the property at the right price but this is getting harder, there may be some coronavirus forced sales soon though. dont believe what you see on homes under the hammer.
