Has anybody managed to get this sorted? My son has a season ticket and just keep going around in a loop and getting nowhere. Do we get sent a promo code or do we need to do something?

When I try to do the rebate bit it says "the quantity of tickets owned exceeds limit set by SWFC......".  Needless to say I am only selecting an amount of "1".  No stupid comments please, I'm getting a bit frustrated by it all, I would really appreciate sensible helpful answers. Thanks in advance :)

Would it be because he's a juvenile? I know someone who was getting the same message. He thinks it's because his season ticket is classed as complimentary. He gets a free season ticket because he's over 80, something that's been stopped now for season ticket holders attaining that age.

Edit. Just been on the website and you have to be over 18 to qualify.
