I wondered, how could Eastenders ever be stopped? Shame they can't carry on and be like a real life "28 days later"

Sorry, it's my dark sense of humour

"All Wetherspoon pubs will remain open, but customers will pay by card, avoid standing at the bar and sit at alternate tables, PA is reporting."

It is idiocy like this that is terrifying. You think a hankerchief is going to be able to cut it in preventing the airborne Coronavirus? Seriously?

Did you believe what I wrote, Seriously.?😏

More good news,  they have stopped filming any more episodes of EastEnders.

Thank God for that.

It's actually a good time to invest, including in Wetherspoons.  Their shares are a bargain at the moment.

You might not get a dividend out of companies this year, then again you might & generally stocks, overtime have produced a better return than just having your money stuck in a bank.

COVID-19 isn't going to last forever.  I'd predict Wetherspoons shares will be at least up to £12 by the end of the year.

lockdown looks imminent now very soon  if figures are worse tomorrow.

It's a bit misleading too I think. Look at London in the link!

London looks really bad on the image, so when looking for London in the list, it's not there as it's listed as each borough, but lots of boroughs!

I wonder what the London total is? and why they not write it this way? Perhaps because cause chaos.

Either way, London will be in lockdown first, if this happens.

good news in other guardian page link, that China seem to have it under control and people going back to work.

I really hope we don't end up in lockdown like France looks to be in.

BBC News link.

You enter your post code and it gives a figure.

I really hope we don't go to lockdown.

I live by myself and have to go to the Heeley Co-op to buy my supplies. I'm observing the social distancing  and self isolating

as much as is reasonably  possible.
