Hi everyone,

 

Looking at putting an offer on a house just off White Lane.  I'm new to the area so I could do with some local advice, i've been round a few times and seems pretty quiet - what's it like crime wise?

Hiya there isn't that bad, I've lived there for years,nice places aswell as bad places

My Aunt and Uncle lived on White Lane for over 40 years and my son lives on that Road and has done for over 10 years. It's OK but like most places it used to be better than it is now.  

Being a main road it's obviously a bit noisier than some back streets or cul-de-sacs. It does have good public transport links. I think the only gripe my son has is that people sometimes park irresponsibly and block his driveway

Thanks for your help!  I'm buying my first house so not too fussy on location just wanted to check the crime wasn't too bad.
