jon&emma 13 #4 Posted May 26, 2020 (edited) If it’s just overgrown the council will not do anything, Unless the new tenants are disabled or if it’s full of hazardous waste (nappies,bagged household waste etc etc) then the council are obliged to help. gene 10 #5 Posted May 27, 2020 I know basically it is the tenant who is responsible but this property has had an number of tenants in recent years who all dumped their mess in the very large garden.
