A lot of the better ones have 10 years. I've not had to claim but I doubt there would be problems.  The video was funny. Another one I like is about how the PC can't see the printer. Can't remember the blokes name - comedian/actor that usually wears makeup (that probably narrows it down to 500!)  EDIT: Just realised, wrong thread about the video.
