swarfendor437 Â Â 14 #1 Posted May 3, 2020 I've been using this tool on Linux at home whilst preparing work. It is an application (free) that is now available in the Windows Store. One of the many useful elements is that it allows you to copy text, tables, images into a Text processors and modify accordingly. Alternatively you can use its annotation function, called Review. You can pin pop-up notes at key points in the .pdf, you can highlight text in the colour of your choice, or add underlines. You can add in-line annotation or add a 'post-it note' - both the inline and post-it-note offers the choice of font size too. You can even save the pdf you have altered as a new one - if you want to save annotated version you have to save as an Okular archive or it loses the annotations.
