What gets me is the landlord had already been done for keeping the Staffordshire Arms open.

they need to prosecute  fully as he has no excuse at his shear greed of profit,regardless of the deaths he could cause,making many familys lives even worse and no respect for the law

The bit that gets me is the statement that there could be long term licensing implications when you might have thought it would lead to an immediate loss of their license

His licence will be removed. The public will close it's been on its last legs for years anyway.

the clientele that use these two pubs would have made sure it would keep open in the event he keeps his licence, which is very doubtful.

I don't know whether  you are being sarcastic or not, but the answer is no.

 

The Landlord is bang out of order but the numpties drinking there are just as bad.  I'm sure he didn't make them ignore the guidelines.  They should all be given the harshest punishment there is,
