keithg22   10 #1 Posted April 16, 2020 Does anyone know where bedding plants can be obtained from. We usually go to Morrisons every year but because of the virus we have to stay away from crowds as one of us is at high risk. Online ones are pretty expensive to be delivered. Anybody grow them at home or on an allotment and has them for sale. We are in S20 and dont want to travel far by car due to restrictions on movement. Thanks for any help/suggestions. iansheff   88 #3 Posted April 18, 2020 (edited) Have a look at Aldi they usually have them, I guess it is a matter of finding when they are quiet though. Have you looked on eBay there are sellers selling plugs of various plants. Edited April 18, 2020 by iansheff
 Share this content via...

Thorpist   72 #5 Posted May 7, 2020 Anyone having bought bedding plants now will need to make sure they have frost protection at the ready (Sunday night is tipped to be very cold ). I forgot to cover potato bags left out on Tuesday and they were affected by frost . Begonias , Geraniums , in fact most recently bought small plants are vulnerable to frost . Layers of newspaper will help protect if nothing else is available
 Share this content via...
