zach   234 #3 Posted April 13, 2020 I had it on my PS4 Pro. After messing about for an hour, I looked on Google and it stayed blue due to no video source. (The HDMI lead had come out of the TV slightly)  Unplug PS4 Unplug HDMI and plug back in (both ends) Turn TV/monitor on and make sure it's on the PS4 input Turn on PS4  I hope your daughters is a simple fix like mine.
