Thanks, but I can't find anything to show this to be the case, where did you find out?

 

PS Just checked back on First's website and they've updated it. The bus driver must have told them.

It was on TSY's website, twitter etc back when it happened. Although I can't find any trace of it now. I also heard several bus drivers the week before letting pass holders know.
