Pubs Offering Take Out Or Home Delivery - information thread

With Boris Johnson's announcement on Monday night that hasn't ordered pubs, bars, restaurants etc to close but as advised customers to avoid enjoying social interaction in such places, a number of venues are adapting their business by offering takeaway and/or home delivery for both food and beer.

 

Lets share details of those we know on here!

 

To start:

 

Castle Inn, Bradway - home delivery in the local area for their full food menu along with bottles of wine and 4 pint beer containers.

Two Thirds Beer Co, Abbeydale Road - carry out beer available

Beer House micropub, Ecclesall Road - carry out beer available

Kommune food hall & Hop Hidout beer shop - takeaway and delivery available (food delivery is via Citygrab app, beer is online orders direct with Hop Hideout)

Peacock, Barlow - pie dinners available to takeaway or delivery.

Sheffield Brewery Company - bottles and minikegs available for delivery or from brewery shop

Bradfield Brewery - bottles and minikegs available for delivery or from brewery shop

Bar Stewards, Gibralter Street - bottles and cans available to take home

Shakespeares, Gibralter Street - bottles and cans available to take home

Turner's Bottle & Tap on Abbeydale Rd in addition to their wide selection in bottle/cans have 8 kegs lines on for take outs  in 1 litre growler bottles or 2 pint cartons.

Industry tap, Sidney Street - well stocked fridge for cans and bottles, and just started doing Growler fills and will have 2 pint cartons for takeaways by the weekend

Walkley Beer Co have a great and varied selection of cans and bottles

As do Ecclesall Ale Club

Fulwood Ale Club have less but are stocking up

 

All remain open and grateful for business.

Not a pub, but archer Road beer stop have a couple of cask lines and cartons for take away, and loads of canned and bottled beer.

A refillable glass or stainless Steel bottle with an airtight sealable lid. 

Head of steam have installed a crowler machine, so they can put any of their draught beers in a can to take away

Going back to the olden days where you use to tap at the little side window of the pub (the off sales ) and hand them your enamel  jug to fill full of beer.

I use to get sent as a kid and they always served me even though they knew I was under age.

This is a great idea for pubs, at least it will keep their heads above water. I wonder if the small restaurants will do the same thing with takeaway meals.
