I know of no "24 hour" fuel station with "pay at pump" facilities that is closed due to coronavirus.

 

Tesco Archer Road being one example.  It is open 24 hours.  You don't need people to staff it, because you pay at the pump.  Even during the day time, when staff are there, they have notices up encouraging you to pay at the pump, for obvious reasons.

 

So I don't think you need to worry one iota that "pay at pump" 24 hour fuel stations will remain open.
