I’ve seen a film about Charlie Peace and his exploits and his final demise, when the lady of his desires, Mrs Dyson, the wife of the man he murdered,  gives evidence from the witness box, she’s asked if she resides on Harrington Road, to which she replies yes. Only a small section of this street survives at the back of the  old Earl of Arundel and Surrey public house, now a bike shop.

The film was an English made film.
