Sheffield Wednesday V Manchester City Fc

Recommended Posts

I actually think SWFC will put in a really strong performance tonight, and could cause an upset.  The main reason being that the game is on BBC1 (not a paid TV service like Sky or BT) and so the TV audience could be huge, no better time for all the players who will be out of contract at the end of the season, to put themselves in the shop window (althoughI would have expected them to be doing that week in, week out).

Confidence is shot, the midfield is weak and the defence/keeper are prone to very costly mistakes, anything less than 0-5 will be seen as a plus.

Wouldn,t back Owls tonight at 20/1  with a three goal start. Using counterfeit money.

Backed them with a free bet £1 to score first goal and to lose.

They might Nick the first goal, before the big guns come off the Man Ciy  bench.

I was there, Ian Bowyer had not read the script.

He came on as substitute Alan, and nobody told him they were supposed to lose.

Correct Padders, Peter Grummitt saved  Mike Doyle penalty, Coleman scored for Owls and Phil Bowyer wants to be a hero and scores both for City. The beginning of ten years purgatory.

Pelupessy? OMG. At least Dawson and Lees have gone. Starting with 10 men this time. We could hold them to 4 or 5.
