Consequences Of Brexit [Part 9] Read First Post Before Posting

It not because of Brexit at all but a choice by him to choose a broker simply because he does not want to do the paperwork involved.

Unfortunately another spam twitter post.

It's usually best to read things before criticising them to avoid looking foolish. The paperwork wouldn't be required if it wasn't for brexit so it absolutely is because of brexit. He specifically says it doesn't affect him not just because he can do the paperwork himself but because he has the certifications required to not use a broker. His complaint is about brokers insisting they do all the paperwork themselves (and charging a hefty fee for it).

I would but unfortunately it is a twitter spam post and as I'm not on twitter it is asking me to log in or sign up to read it all. :)  Maybe it would be better not to put links up to social media sites.

So he does not use a broker and is complaining on behalf of those that do.....

Do you tell an accountant that you want the accountancy fee reduced because you can do some of it yourself..... no.

Unfortunately another spam twitter post.

Wrong. It’s the complete opposite, and 100% caused by the restoration of customs, i.e. Brexit.

Unfortunately another utter failure at reading comprehension, caused in no small part by your illogical bias against non-MSM sources. Especially if they happen to relate to Brexit bad news.

Better luck next time 😘

And you obviously had an utter failure by not reading post # 4607 or just plainly ignored it for effect.

As for non MSM sources.... twitter is a social media platform and not a news platform and what you posted was someone's opinion on that social media platform that you have used just to try and make a point. I'm not a member of any social media platform so it's a pointless exercise. Now tell me what other news articles has Daniel Lambert done? I noticed on doing some research that one of his youtube videos he did in September last year has a massive 706 views so he is obviously very popular when it comes to news stories......

In all fairness a good attempt but try again.... ;)

Daniel Lambert is an expert on the topic, through importing millions of wine bottles for British supermarket and retail chains for the last 30-odd years.

As such, he is popular with experts, both in the wine and spirits markets and in the import/export sphere. Hence his invitation to recently give evidence to the cross-party UK Trade and Business Commission chaired by Hilary Benn MP.

There’s plenty of articles featuring Lambert a 5 seconds-Googling away, including MSM favourite The Guardian.

Complex customs procedures, involving such niceties as excise duties, are hardly likely to attract as many interest and views, as BGT’s latest tearjerker cherub or Kim Kardashian’s latest bit of comedic surgery. Same goes for specialist industry magazines like The Buyer, relative to toilet holder favourite the Daily Heil.

Twitter is as much of a news platform as any other communicating platform, and news is now much more frequently found there first, before it eventually makes it to the MSM. The Bûcha war crimes came as a shock to so many a couple of weeks ago when the MSM broke the story…but they’d been all over Twitter (select sources, OSINT community) for weeks beforehand.

You’re obviously not ready to shift your media consuming habits, inclusive of personal news gathering, so I suggest -again- that if you don’t like Tweets to be quoted, then simply ignore them, rather than demonstrate the extent of your prejudice to zero debating effect.

Is that the same Hilary Benn the pro EU MP who probably saw a tweet of Daniel Lambert also pro EU and invited him to give evidence.

What you posted was a tweet you liked and as such not really news.

When someone selects a tweet just to make a point because it suits their way of debating then it's not really debating at all. Twitter is primarily a social media site which may contain some news but its primary action is social media and therefore sharing and retweeting. It also requires you to sign in or register to fully read tweets.

Not interested in your strawman question unless you can answer it with some evidence.

Nor in the rest of your charging at the social media windmills.

It was rhetorical and not a question, notice the lack of a question mark.

Where Brexit is concerned, there never is any.

Hence, as long foretold:

The UK government is set to announce a fourth delay to physical checks on fresh food imported from the EU amid industry reports that neither technology nor infrastructure resources were ready for the July start of the next phase of Brexit

but but but... Boris got brexit done?

.

FFS, just announce that we're 'temporarily' accepting alignment of standards, and a whole bunch of problems will evaporate.

I've been seeing that ole farage isn't happy how brexit is going, especially his favorite subject immigration. According to him we are going to accept more people from India (after bojos recent visit) to do the jobs we have a shortfall in because of brexit lol

You were told

I'm not sure why he's surprised about that. He was predicting it before the referendum.
