I’ll be carrying on the campaign to rejoin.

A vote carried by dead people, based on a pack of lies, isn’t democracy.

Here’s to rejoining, joining the Euro and Schengen.

Fantastic! As is your prerogative - once we've debated the issues we can all vote on it to decide the outcome.

Indeed.

I’ll be enlisting some Russian billionaires to bankroll my illegal campaign. I’ve got a special lying bus lined up and some Toffs to persuade the poor people to self-harm.

That should do it.

I agree with that and will be doing the same.

We’re all going to need that after our “democratic “ decision.

Thank you, we will lie through our back teeth just like the leave campaign did in 2015/16. Or will we need to actually lie about the benefits of being in the EU Mmmm?

I'm afraid I shall not be drawn on this argument - I have faith in the Police and Electoral Commission to investigate robustly and have no wish to believe we live in an Enid Blyton novel of spies at the heart of government.

I also believe the working person has capacity to understand and interpret arguments as well as anyone else and is not simply directed by anyone anywhere on the political spectrum.

I think you’ve replied to the wrong post.

It was actually in response to the use of "democratic" as if the whole process has collapsed.

You need to read a bit more carefully then.

I said “”democratic “”.

As though the thing was anything but.

If we can agree on anything, it has to be that the EU referendum wasn’t in any way democratic

Apologies, I think we're at cross purposes here.

With the EC and Police not calling the result into question, I'm unsure there are grounds to call this undemocratic.
