Does anyone know if I can get to Vickers corridor by walking through the hospital from the Huntsman building? I have to get there via the number 1 bus that stops on Barnsley Rd, so it’s a bit of a walk up the hill.

Yes, think so...but you might have to get a lift to go down a floor, half way along the Huntsman's main walkway.

Huntsman entrance. Up a floor. Follow the signs. There is a link corridor as already mentioned and you can also get to it walking through the radiology department.

Free internal bus service

Barnsley Road Drive xx.15 and xx.45 (first bus 08.45)

Vickers Corridor at xx.22 and xx. 52 (last bus 15.22)

If it was dry I would walk down the steps, through the Clock Tower building and down to the Barnsley Road entrance.

The service is suspended from 11.30am at the Clock Tower till 12:28pm, where it recommences at the Clock Tower

Go through main doors at Huntsman. Carry along past the lifts and left turn down a long corridor and that's 'D' floor Vickers corridor. There are lifts that can go up to 'E' floor.

The Huntsman entrance is C floor, as already stated the Vickers corridor is on the floor above.
