What does the lease say (if anything) about it? 2. Your letting agent acts for you, so that's not going be an authoritative answer. 3. You'd need to contact either the freehold reversioner or the whole-block leaseholder, asking if what Sky tells you is correct. 4. Finally, I doubt that any Sky service is free- so does a Sky cost appear in the most recent year's Service Charge accounts?
