Janus 28 #1 Posted January 21, 2020 Is it normal procedure for emergency services to send a Tx message to the caller after the call? I received one from 999. It was mainly a load of meaningless random numbers, a few random letters and various non alphabetical characters.
 Share this content via...

Could it be to prove a call came from your number if the call should be a false call ?
 Share this content via...
Janus 28 #3 Posted January 24, 2020 I was wondering if the message had intended to be legible and meaningful, such as "We are on our way, ETA 15.20hrs" for example. I did wonder if the message had somehow got scrambled. Am still puzzled by it.
 Share this content via...
