Blades V Arsenal

Recommended Posts

Sounded like neither of you did enough to win, a point is a fair point. I can't believe how bad Arsenal have become though, it wouldn't surprise me to see you finish above them this season

Good point, didn't play as well as we can, which makes it even better to still come away with a point.

The Arse fielding a 160 million strike force, but it's the Blades that everyone is talking about.

Blades better for most of the first half,  Arse better for most of the second, until Chris Wilder made the changes and then Fleck scores and we go for it.

We needed to put the early chances away,  and it would have been three points instead of one.

Still, Man City to come on Tuesday, so we need to start concentrating on that.

Flecks goal was deflected, still a great strike tho, and a great point!

No deflection?, he hits it down into the ground and it bounces in, at speed.

Decent result. Happy with it.

Any know what Lawrenson's prediction was?

Let me guess?  By now he'd reckon Blades are good for a goal, so I'm guessing Lawrenson went 10 - 1, Arsenal?

He actually had a Blades win, 2-1

McBurnie and the Moosey don't look fully fit yet. Billy was very unlucky not to be on the scoresheet.

Altogether a good all round performance and nice to see plenty of fresh legs on the pitch in the second half

Looking forward to good battle on Tuesday night UTB
