Shouldn't you perhaps have looked into other sources of zinc and checked if vegetarian/vegan diets are deficient in it before implying you need to eat lots of red meat to gain the benefits you've described. Why put it in a thread about vegetarianism rather where it is likely to get lost amongst the on topic posts rather than starting a new thread where it would be the sole topic of conversation? For a discussion about vegetarianism you seem to be suspiciously focused on red meat as a source of zinc, if you're that worried about it does it matter where the zinc comes from?
