Accessing A Link-Is This An Android Only Issue?

Using the Android phone, I have been trying & failing to open a link. After reatedly failing and receiving an error message, I asked someone from the organisation (who incidently uses an Iphone) to send me the link. Still no success.

 

This is the link.

I get the error message as thus

"Forbidden. You don't have permission to access/Rotherham on this server"

 

I don't know what is meant by "this server".

 

If I go on the pc I can access the main U3A site and just follow the route to the Rotherham group. But, I simply want to be able to do this from my phone. 

 

Can someone more knowledgeable than me shed some light on what may be happening? Also, finding a way to access the Rotherham group direct, using Android. Thank you.

Maybe you need to use HTTPS:// (link)

as it maybe a secure site, or you maybe need a cookie on your Mobile device.

I've just tried adding the S  to the link but still no joy. 

 

Without accessing the site, I don't think there is a way to get the appropriate cookie on the phone?

Drop the www from the address.

Nothing to do with Android, iPhone or anything. The address doesn't have www in it.
