What Is Your Company Mobile Phone Policy?

Recommended Posts

...and is it fair as in it is there are no restrictions and is that policy working? Or is it being abused by some people who are on the phone far too much because it is not strict? Or are you not allowed phones at all outside dinner / break time?

I'm trying to get an idea of what best / fair / working. I guess it down to what industry you work in too given if you are serving customers the last thing they need to see is you taking a phone call instead of serving them in a shop for example.

Yes, I think so.

But most people nowadays are addicts and refuse (explicitly or by conduct) to abide by 'no mobile use during working hours unless in emergency and authorised' rules.
