How does Cain Dingle pull so many nice women?

but cain seems to have some darling bird everytime, last time it was patsy kensit, this time it is some foxy female, and another woman was watching on and they looked shocked, so he must be giving her some sweet dingle loving too.

 

why make it so unrealstic?

 

and what about that bird with Robert sugden is it? just wouldn't happen
