Well Lab wanted to fight this election on other issues rather than just Brexit & clearly if the exit polls are correct, that's resulted in the predictions of of a Conservative win.  

 

If it had solely been about Brexit, the predicted result would be closer but the scale of the Conservatives victory suggests voters have turned their backs on Corbyn, McDonnell & their manifesto based on a massive borrowing programme as well Corbyn himself.

Rubbish,  Corbyn was the problem, if they had had a better leader they would have done well and they were too blind to see that. Ask any Labour voter and they would have told you the same. I've  never known life time Labour voters switch parties, Corbyn is finish.

Corbyn wants to Leave the EU, but he was pushed into supporting another referendum by middle class Blairites.

Corbyn can now take up the Life Presidency of the Islington Allotments Society - the post he is best suited for.

 

No excuses from me - the worst manifesto since Foot and the clique round Corbyn deluded themselves into thinking they needed one more push after 2017 - not that they fluked it then.

 

Just glad we moved to France last year.

Yes Corbyn was the problem, but in winning the BoJo jolly boys will be taking us back to years of isolation, no trade deals, resulting in a depreciation of the pound (yes, it will soar tonight, but then we will see a slow decline in the value against most major currencies) and as a result, the standard of living will decline with the poor hit the most, unemployment will increase and the UK will become a leader in the third world.

Listening to election special on Radio 5.  Just interviewed a Lab activist who has been doorstepping in the Lab heartlands in the Midlands.  He was telling of visiting life long Lab supporters who weren't happy with Corbyn & also said that their areas had voted to leave the EU but their views have been simply ignored by the Lab Party over the past 3 & a half years.
