 I bet relatives of the 2 deceased are really ****** now. How can that even happen, when you catch someone doing terrorist stuff. the key to his cell goes in the Thames, or should in the real world.?

The attacker has already been convicted for terrorism in 2012, released in 2018. He was among 9 people who plotted to bomb the London Stock Exchange. I presume the others are already out too...
