I'm wondering why  it  only applies to trees above 3 meters high. I would think infestations could be on just about any size?

Lottiecass. “Christmas” never had anything to do with Jesus . It was just a nice festival that was hijacked by he Christians long ago.

Of course it was the official "birthday" and was already a celebration that was handy to swop.
