Sweet Cicely

Recommended Posts

I am interested in trying to grow a  Sweet Cicely plant , if anyone has a plant they are dividing I would be grateful for a root division.

It seems all parts of the plant are edible and the flowers are good for the bees.

" The fresh leaves can be used in salads and you can chop it to use in dishes containing rhubarb, gooseberries and other fruits. They can also be used in fruit salads and drinks. You can use the leaves when baking fish for a nice change. Sweet cicely has a flavor that is similar to anise, but lighter. "  http://oldfashionedliving.com/
