I wonder if the word you meant to use was exploiting?
 Share this content via...

taxman   12 #54 Posted November 13, 2019 If it wasn't for the Tory scum and their endless, grinding down of the poor and benefits claimants then we wouldn't need food banks.  But hey, vote for them and their tax cuts for the rich. The families shown happened to have overweight members. Nice way to dismiss them though, they are overweight so can't be hungry? Didn't make you wonder if poverty contributes to unhealthy lifestyles or wonder if fuel poverty is having a deeper impact?
 Share this content via...

prolific   0 #59 Posted November 13, 2019 i think people on the program on tv, just like people wishing to use food banks and soup kitchens(on a regular basis) should show some the true incoming and outgoings. also please don't tell me you can only use a soup kitchen three times. they float the rules every day to make up numbers
 Share this content via...

Food banks came into being in the 2000s, under a Labour government.  And Food bank use in Germany and France is much higher than in the United Kingdom, which suggests a wider problem.  But don't let that cloud your spiteful blinkered judgement, hey?
