janie48   95 #147 Posted April 6, 2020 I'm not watching anything at the moment but yesterday I watched the Queen's address to the nation on the Coronavirus, which I found very moving.   I also watched The Nest, a gripping BBC drama which is the best I've seen on TV for ages.
 Share this content via...

Finished it all & well worth watching . Explains how professional football came about. Even for a none football fanatic Scotsman I found it well worth watching. (Especially as one of the main players in bringing the game to the people Fergus Suter was Scottish - lol) Excellent scenery around Saltaire, Sowerby Bridge, Bradford & Keighley. I don't know if its just my love for all things mechanicle, Cars, Bikes etc but I just love those old Horse drawn Cab's. Of course I'd probably remove the four legged things and replace them with a nice V8 and Wide Wheels - LOL. Fully Recommended. Baron99   779 #150 Posted April 6, 2020 Special Branch on Talking Pictures channel 81.  Starring George Sewell & occasionally, a very young Patrick Mower, (Rodney from Emmerdale for those too young).  Tonight's episode has a very young Roger Lloyd-Pack in it, (Trigger), playing a terrorist hippy!
 Share this content via...

RiffRaff   10 #155 Posted April 9, 2020 Unfortunately, Question Time tonight. Jeez. The worst "episode" in the new format yet. Some Scottish rap artist who won't shut up, and Ruby Wax.
 Share this content via...
