Probable Scam Company.

Just received this item and it will not work. Tried to get in touch with the company ( China town trading .) and they are not taking calls. Went onto their web site and the complaints were very bad i.e. no refunds and not able to contact them, so beware.

If you bought it through eBay just open a resolution with them...the company can then either respond or eBay will get your money back for you.

I have tried to go through the return policy with e-bay but I got confused along the way. So now I will try your resolution route to see if that is any easier. Cheers.

When you plug it into the laptop/desktop the charging light comes on for a few seconds and the it goes off. After that it is dead. Even when it is charging there is no red light underneath as there should be ,as per instructions.

I have just been on the resolution page and there is no record of my purchase, or on e-bay for that matter.

I doubt that it’s a scam.

The seller has sold more than 12,000 items and has a 98.9% positive feedback.

Have you had a look on their web page?

Did you purchase from one of the sponsor sellers that are at the bottom of the eBay page then? These are not actual eBay purchases.

It depends what you clicked on. Did you click on an item that came up in the search results on the eBay site?

Something  is not right because you would be able to see the item in purchases.
