Established Business, Need Advice To Expand

Thank you for taking the time to read my post. 

I started my own cleaning & befriending service last year. 

The cleaning really took off so I went with that & I have enough work to keep me going. I would like to take on more work & staff ect but I need some advice on 

Employment. I really don't know where to start so any advice would be much appreciated.

You'll need employers liability insurance, need to set up a pension scheme and get paye sorted out online (and wages software as well unless youre getting an accountant or someone to do it) straight off the bat.
