max   13 #14 Posted October 9, 2019 I'm led to believe that it could be caused by one of the metal trays touching the inner door. I'm pretty sure that that didn't happen in my case as I've seen someone smash a door by leaving the tray sticking out and slamming the door shut so am very careful.
