Visited on Saturday having booked the previous evening by phone.  On arrival the place was packed, queuing to the door.....told by staff there was no record of my prior booking ! Asked to wait and did so for almost 25 mins no further contact from staff and therefore we left. What a pity because the food is fab but the service was disappointing to say the least.

We ordered a takeaway a couple of weeks ago, (we used to use Manzil but told this was now from Prithi Raj)  were told 1 hr, no problem, when we chased after 90 mins were told that it was on its way..............arrived 20 min later no apology, will use alternative in future.

That sounds lousy. For what it's worth, we've always been impressed with both the service and the food. Only been going 6 months or so now, and always on a quiet weekday, so that might be the difference. But service wasn't just OK, it was warmly hospitable on those nights.
