Guest makapaka   #7 Posted October 3, 2019 Had multiple attempts to put a mini supermarket there that have never happened.  It was sold around 6 months ago with planning application for flats. About 12 flats I believe.  if you look on the council planning website you’ll probably find out the owner.  It went for about £350k I believe so if you want it now you’ll probably need best part of half a mil.
