Is there still butchers van around used to go to the one at job lot to miss that

One parks up at the shops on Northern Avenue Arbourthorne (outside DJ's Sarni Bard) on Saturdays,   Not sure on times.

Job lot on Fridays not been but I can see it off Barnsley road

The Wayne Walker butchers van also goes to Job Lot at Staveley on a Thursday, not sure what time it is there till.

What happened to that Dougies meat van? Know they got done a few times, but did they go pop?

Out of curiosity, why would you look to buy meat from a van? Not knocking it, different strokes and all that, I just don’t understand why you would look for a van rather than a shop.

Cost? Ive never used a meat van but have heard they are cheaper than the shops.

There will be a number of reasons they are cheaper, and they certainly aren't cheaper out of the goodness of their hearts.
