Last year I took my Bosch motor ebike to a cycle shop in Dinnington, cnat remember its name but was on the main road of shops. They are a Bosch approved specialist if that helps.

A thing to check is the PAS . On mine it is a small disc at the side of the crank ,if it gets moved I lose all power .All I have to do is square it up with a 3mm gap and make sure it is clear .It has been awhile since I had to do this so the gap may be approximate. Certainly worth a checkout.

Now, as to your issue with your "electric bike", that may be beyond the  skills of A E  Butterworth - but it's the first place in Sheffield I would try.  The bloke in there is so helpful and he won't mess you around or overcharge you.

Butterworth's are the first to call on, they are THE bike company in the region
