Exactly. I'm one of those people. I never check my Paypal balance because it is always £0. I just use it like you explained.

Never thought of it like that. If  anyone  pays me by paypal i leave it sat there in case i need to spend it later via paypal.

Same here. Very efficient system having a debit card linked up to PP.
