I am researching this company to write an article for our club magazine.  So far I know they began in 1921  in New Street  and then to Carbrace Works, Broard Lane in premises opposite St Georges Church.

Skinner's specialty was carpenters braces. The principals were Thornley (Thomas) Freston Skinner and Thomas Meldrum.  I would like to find out more about the company and any photographs that may exist and 

if anyone has one of their catalogues  they might sell or copy for me. I currently have two images of advertising gleaned from the internet.
