At last.. a Knighthood for our Geoffrey.. about bloomin time.

A knighthood for a women beater eh?

Just another example of how the honours system is a total joke.

Of course they are joke, they dish them out to anybody these days.

The number of pop and film stars with knighthoods, who live abroad to avoid UK taxes is laughable.

Look at Sean Connery, a fervent Scottish nationalist who dreams of Scotland being free of English rule, but he is a KBE. Go figure.

He's always been Sir Geoffery, since his 100th 100 in '77.

Byron was mad, bad and dangerous, but he's still a Lord.

Sir Geoff was found guilty by a French court...guilty...so Geoff should have shown remorse... but still a Yorkshire hero.

Not in Norwich he’s not!

On Question Time tonight, Boycott’s knighthood came up. Fiona Bruce asked the audience if anyone thought that he should have got the knighthood, and she was met with total silence! 😳

Nice apology for domestic violence there, well done. Wan't some misogyny with your coffee sir?

Lets just gloss over the bribery and the hearsay that she slipped and hang an innocent man even if it was her own family that recounted her words.............

Should they really be honouring people with convictions?

The legal lady on the panel did point out that Sir Geoffrey Boycott maintains he his not guilty of the crime he was found guilty of in France.

Haha you are so desperate.

He was convicted, there was a ton of evidence against him. Get over it! 🙄
