I think you'll find out he was released after 1 day ok on bail,looking at his video an appeal shouldn't be allowed.

He is not appealing the conviction, he is appealing the sentence.

It is unlikely to be increased but I doubt that it will be reduced as too many footballers have been in the news recently for using highly paid lawyers to avoid the consequences of their driving offences.
