Well you obviously didnt read mine properly as the question was aimed at pettytom. However you do realise that just because we don't have trade deals with countries not on that list it does not stop us trading with them in the same way as we do now.

You misspelled "Because despite wanting to leave for decades, the leave campaigners hadn't given any thought at all into the practicalities of doing so."

Me bold.. Whether they expire on not is also down to whether we make a deal or not and we have already signed 13 "continuity" deals covering 38 countries or territories.

Yes we know - with the exception of South Korea (who mainly sell stuff to us) they're with such great trading partners, to wit;

• Norway and Iceland (2 April)
• Caribbean countries (22 March)
• Pacific Islands (14 March)
• Liechtenstein (28 February)
• Israel (18 February)
• Palestinian Authority (18 February)
• Switzerland (11 February)
• The Faroe Islands (1 February)
• Eastern and Southern Africa (31 January)
