Consequences Of Brexit [Part 8] Read First Post Before Posting

Vaati

Mod Note: As we are getting rather tired of seeing reports about this. The use of the word Remoaners  is to cease. Either posts like adults, or don't post at all. The mod warnings have been clear.

In addition to remoaner we are also not going to allow the use of libdums or liebore - if you cannot behave like adults and post without recourse to these childish insults then please refrain from posting. If you have a problem with this then you all know where the helpdesk is.

Its the usual eurosceptic project fear garbage,

If there was even a sniff of compulsory adoption of the €uro, Farage and his army of swivel-eyed crackpots would be all over the radio and TV telling us all about it! 😵

Positive: the French know well, which side of their european toast is best buttered. Arguably better education and no eurosceptic red tops, see.

Johnson is over here today for a natter with Juncker and Barnier, and then with our ever-quotable Premier, Bettel. Can't hardly wait for the joint PC, I have €10 on Bettel outdoing Varadkar :D

Got to give your boy a cap tip for the post-meeting photo op. That €10 looks a safe bet!

Most of the protesters this afternoon  were Brit immigrants (forthe avoidance of doubt, "w****r" is not a Luxembourgish, German or French word :D)

Statisticians, translators, accountants and such. All 200-ish of them.

Isn't Boris well hard?

Because the majority of voters who voted have already voted by a majority to leave and that result should be honoured first.

And that is how it should be otherwise it gives the impression that some members are more equal than others. Part of the grand plan of the EU for the future is to get all of its members to adopt the Euro and into the Eurozone, so if we stay in we may have to comply and accept the Euro anyway.

How do you propose that the UK has to accept the Euro "anyway" if we remained?  The UK will still have its veto and a new treaty will need to be implemeted if the Euro is forced upon us.  Guess what? If the Euro was forced upon us, we'll veto it anyway.

Also, it has been made abundantly clear before, that any move to adopting the Euro in superceding the pound has to go to the people in a very specific vote on the matter.

You are spreading a rumour that has no foundation, I am afraid.

Don’t you have a barrel to scrape?

Jo Swinston is the leader of the Lib Dem’s. They are entitled to change policy at any point that they choose.

I’m delighted that they’ve been clear about their Brexit policy.  Now we could do with Johnson stopping the lies and Corbyn picking a side. Then we might just get a decent and decisive GE

Johnson has refused to take part in a press conference with Luxembourg's PM Xavier Bettel.

Just imagine had that been Jeremy Corbyn. What do you think the gutter press and the broadcasters would have to say about that?

And Johnson has the cheek to call Corbyn chicken....

Tomorrow's headlines should be Boris: The Incredible Sulk

To save me having to read the whole thing, maybe you could just cut and paste the bit where it says that we have to accept the €uro.

It does not state we have to accept the euro as we have so far opted out. But they are attempting to incorporate the European Fiscal Compact fully into EU law so things may change in the future. Notice I did say may and not will...
