FREE Open Day @ Sheffield Iyengar Yoga Centre!

We will be holding an Open Day on 7th September 12-4pm...it's for all you wonderful people who have never been to our Centre and for those of you who haven't visited us in a while. We want you back!

The afternoon is jam packed with great activities to get you in the mood to start your Iyengary Yoga journey with us...

12.15-1.15pm FREE Taster Yoga Class
1.30 - 2pm Talk by Centre Founder and Director, Frances Homewood
2pm Cake and refreshments
2.30 - 3.30pm Essential Oils Class with Anita Herbert

There is no need to book and the afternoon is entirely FREE. Tell your friends, share far and wide, and get yourself down to Sheffield Iyengar Yoga Centre to join in!
