gamezone07 Â Â 18 #1 Posted August 23, 2019 (edited) Apart from the obvious one, don't go out in the sun! I have a weak immune system and can burn through a t shirt, was wondering if a holey/string vest would help, for my head as well as a hat, some sort of gauze, lace, inside the hat, Â Going to Spain, early sept Edited August 23, 2019 by gamezone07
 Share this content via...

nikki-red   304 #5 Posted August 23, 2019 (edited) Dont go down the holey/mesh vest route. I went camping with school, one of the boys had a mesh -shirt on (they were fashionable at the time) he got burnt through the holes and ended up looking like he'd got some weird disease! As others have said, check the SPF on clothing, also wear a hat and put high factor suncream on absolutely everywhere. Mister M   1,575 #8 Posted August 23, 2019 A really good tip for anyone who gets painful sunburn. Put natural yoghurt on the burn, it immediately cools the burn. Not ideal if you're going out - but it does work, and it feels refreshing.
