Ideas To Stop Getting Sunburn.

Apart from the obvious one, don't go out in the sun! I have a weak immune system and can burn through a t shirt, was wondering if a holey/string vest would help, for my head as well as a hat, some sort of gauze, lace, inside the hat,

Have you tried going on holiday to Greenland perhaps, where there's no sun?

Just throwing out ideas.

Dont go down the holey/mesh vest route.
I went camping with school, one of the boys had a mesh -shirt on (they were fashionable at the time) he got burnt through the holes and ended up looking like he'd got some weird disease!

As others have said, check the SPF on clothing, also wear a hat and put high factor suncream on absolutely everywhere.

If you could burn through a shirt would you risk it?! :wow::wow:

A really good tip for anyone who gets painful sunburn. Put natural yoghurt on the burn, it immediately cools the burn.

Not ideal if you're going out - but it does work, and it feels refreshing.
