ALAN 58   10 #13 Posted August 17, 2019 (edited) We have all seen it time after time, ten men hold out, great when opposing team is down to ten disappointing when it,s our team down to ten. It, s only two weeks ago it benefited us at Reading. Some you win some you lose. We lost bring on Luton. NERVY-OWL Â Â 195 #14 Posted August 17, 2019 Disappointing defeat after we had so many shots. No FF on the bench either, that seems like a mistake unless he had an injury. He was always going to lose games so we'll see if they can bounce back, could do with seeing bullen in the bad games aswell so maybe not all bad
 Share this content via...
redbig   10 #15 Posted August 17, 2019 Toughest test so far, albeit we've not played anyone you'd expect to be in contention at the top.  No reason to panic though, move on to Luton game
 Share this content via...

staninoodle   175 #17 Posted August 19, 2019 (edited) Millwall played in the old wimbeldon style of long diagonal balls upto the big man in Matt Smith, the goal when it came was a comedy,Westwood came for the corner, flapped at it it and missed and the normally strong Iorfa was undone at the backstick by by smith,ok he got a shove in the back before the kid went up for the header, but hes got be stronger then that and was promptly replaced at the break. Thought the sending off was a tad harsh,it looked a yellow to me,and did us no favours, wed been by far the better side, and continued to push after the break, but miwaw dug in and got the result. Im not an adovcate for bullen as manager, but he made a few mistakes,Iorfa should have started from the bench, and Fletcher got no change out of the two big CBs,where as Nuhiu would have got more joy yet he brought on Rhodes? I dont understand why Winnall isnt on the bench hes our most potent goal threat in the foreward line and has the best goals to games ratio at the club now Joao has gone. We need an experienced manager asap,Alex Neil, the Cowleys or even Rowett but sooner the better.Pearson would be ideal.
